DPR Korea secured third place at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Morocco 2026 after producing a dominant 6–0 victory over Brazil in the bronze medal match on Saturday. The defending champions delivered an emphatic performance at the Mohammed VI Football Complex – Pitch 2 in Rabat, with six different moments of attacking brilliance helping them finish their campaign on a high. DPR Korea took the lead in the 12th minute when Kim Won-sim reacted quickest after Ri Ye-rim’s effort was blocked, firing home her seventh goal of the tournament. The two-time reigning champions continued to dictate proceedings and doubled their advantage just before half-time.
