Nurse shot and wounded in suspected revenge attack in Cueibet
The Caretaker Minister of Information in Lakes State, William Koji Kerjok, says a nurse was shot and wounded in a suspected revenge attack in Cueibet County on Thursday. Kerjok said unidentified armed men targeted the health worker, identified as Mayom Majok, and opened fire on him while he was on duty. He condemned the attack, saying Majok was an innocent person who had no involvement in any raiding or killing. “You know that incident is unacceptable to the extent also of shooting an innocent person who does not even involve one day in raiding, who does not even involve in killing.
