Decomposing Body of UPDF Soldier Recovered in Kyankwanzi Culvert
Police in Kyankwanzi District have launched investigations into the suspected murder of a 50-year-old UPDF soldier whose decomposing body was discovered in a roadside culvert in Banda Sub-county, five days after he reportedly left home to attend prayers. His motorcycle is also missing, raising suspicions of possible robbery. The deceased has been identified as Corporal John Rwenzwa , registration number 168613, attached to the UPDF Casualty Garrison in Mubende. He was reportedly on pass leave at his home in Bwaba Village, Banda Sub-county, Kyankwanzi District, when he disappeared.
