MONROVIA, LIBERIA— President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., has reaffirmed Liberia’s commitment to attracting foreign investment and strengthening economic ties with the Liberian diaspora while welcoming a high-level trade delegation from the State of Maryland, United States, to the Executive Mansion.
