Build competence before seeking transformation – Dzigbordi Kwaku-Dosoo at TrueLife Experience
Keynote speaker Dzigbordi Kwaku-Dosoo has urged participants at the 2026 TrueLife Experience to move beyond drawing inspiration from others and develop the competence needed to inspire and influence people through their own work. Speaking at the event at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra, she highlighted the importance of building human competence, particularly in critical thinking, communication, public speaking and relationship-building. “You have to build the competence before you transform,” she said.
