Libyan Business Council organises workshop on Islamic Sukuk and their role in financing
The Libyan Business Council (LBC)—in collaboration with Amwal Financial Brokerage—held a specialised workshop titled "Islamic Sukuk (bonds) and Their Role in Financing" at the LBC’s Tripoli headquarters. The workshop, held last Monday 2 November, was organized exclusively for LBC members as part of ongoing efforts to enhance understanding of modern financial instruments and to expand financing and investment opportunities within the private sector. The workshop covered the concept of Islamic Sukuk, their operational mechanisms, and their significance as a Sharia-compliant financing tool.
