Libya’s Central Bank Governor Praises Reconstruction Efforts in Benghazi
Belgassem Haftar, Director General of the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund, accompanied Central Bank of Libya Governor Fawzi Abukhzam on a tour of the University of Benghazi on Thursday, 5 November, to inspect reconstruction work completed by the fund. According to a statement published by the fund, Haftar briefed the governor on the results of the university’s rehabilitation programme and improvements made to its academic facilities.
